The people were great. The moment I heard a ball joint for my 2015 accord (just the part) was $560, then another $360 to install, I decided I will never be back. The most expensive ball joint online was $80, made by a reputable brand AC Delco. A local shop did the replacement for $250 (part and labour) I’ve heard of a dealer markup but that’s absolutely ludicrous.
