Bought a used 2022 Toyota Corolla SE upgrade with just under 100,000km for well under market value as my first dealership involved car purchase. Was going in expecting shady tactics or some sort of underlying issue with the car, but was pleasantly surprised when they went above and beyond for me and kept the whole process honest and forthcoming. I was in a rush to get into a new-to-me car for a new job, and Sagar really helped smooth the process without using my needs as a bargaining chip. He was attentive and kind, even available after hours via text to get things sorted, which made this all possible since I work long hours and it never aligns with the hours most places are open. Not only did they remove the dealership fees without me asking, they did a full detail, worked hard to get me the best rate and when they couldn’t get what they estimated (by a 0.5% mind you) they reduced the cost of the coverage I wanted to counteract the increased cost from financing. They also performed the 96,000km service free of charge and did some minor fixes to make me happy. They unfortunately told me the fabric floor mats were unusable from the previous owner (extremely soiled) but included unused OEM weather mats (what I prefer) free of charge. Upon delivery I also found a full new set of summer mats hiding in the trunk for me… they didn’t even mention it. Overall, a seamless and painless process that made me feel they deserved my business and honestly I felt as though I drove off like a bandit because of how great the deal was. Sagar is a gem to work with, everyone on their team that I encountered was great too! Shoutout to Paul as well for making the financing side of things a breeze. For transparency’s sake, Sagar asked me to review him here, but I would’ve done this whether or not he reached out. From my experience I would recommend them to family and friends. Good people doing honest business, not what I expected especially with my time constraints. Also I am pleasantly surprised with how smooth the ride is and my fuel economy. Averaging 5.1L/100km right now, better than what Toyota estimated on the low end (5.4L/100km) for their highway driving, and on my best day I hit 4.4L/100km after a 600km road trip which is saving me a ton of money with how much I drive.
