Like everyone else, I maintain a hectic schedule. Further complicated by shift work with highly unusual hours. The service advisor and parts dept personnel were consistently accommodating and very helpful. My experience with this dealership, actually dealing with knowledgeable professionals, was diametrically opposite of what appears to be the norm ..... tail chasing frustrating exchanges with so called "AI improved" customer service". Keep up the great work!
