From the moment I walked in, Al made the process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, gave honest recommendations without any upselling, and walked me through the estimated timeline and costs upfront. Communication was excellent - I received updates when I expected them, and he was quick to respond when I had follow-up questions. What stood out most was Al’s professionalism and genuine care. He treated my vehicle like it mattered, and made sure everything was double-checked before I drove off. It’s rare to find a service manager who combines technical knowledge with real customer empathy, but Al nailed both. Thanks to Al and the Honda Powerhouse Milton team, I left confident my car was in great shape and that I’d be coming back for future service.
