These Service Booking Terms of Service apply to your use of this online service booking tool provided by Dealercraft Inc. ("Dealercraft") on behalf of Team Honda or the automotive dealership whose website you are visiting (the "Dealership"). By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

Booking Requests and Availability

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that the requested date, time, advisor, transportation option, service, price, part, recall repair, or labour operation is available. The Dealership may contact you to confirm, modify, reschedule, or decline a booking request based on shop capacity, parts availability, staffing, vehicle condition, or other operational requirements.

Estimates, Pricing, and Service Details

All prices, totals, service descriptions, package contents, appointment durations, availability, taxes, fees, discounts, and other details shown in this tool are estimates for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Prices may contain typographical errors, data-entry errors, configuration errors, outdated information, or other inaccuracies. The final price, required work, parts, fees, taxes, and completion time can only be confirmed by the Dealership after appropriate inspection, diagnosis, and preparation of a final work order or quote.

AI and Automated Recommendations

This tool may use artificial intelligence, automation, service history, mileage, customer-entered concerns, or other data to suggest services or help match a concern to a service menu item. These suggestions are not a diagnosis, repair instruction, safety determination, warranty determination, recall determination, or final quote. AI and automated systems may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or may misunderstand the information provided. A qualified service professional must inspect and diagnose the vehicle before any repair decision is made.

No Substitute for Inspection or Diagnosis

Vehicle issues, warning lights, recalls, maintenance needs, warranty coverage, and repair requirements cannot be confirmed solely through this online tool. Visual inspection, physical testing, diagnostic scans, technician assessment, and Dealership review may be required. You should not rely on this tool to determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive.

Dealercraft Role

Dealercraft is a technology provider that supplies the booking software and related automation. Dealercraft does not operate the Dealership, inspect vehicles, perform repairs, sell parts, provide warranties, set final prices, or make final service recommendations. Any service appointment, diagnosis, repair, quote, warranty decision, payment, or dispute is between you and the Dealership.

Customer Information and Communications

By submitting a booking request, you authorize Dealercraft and the Dealership to collect and use the information you provide for the purpose of scheduling, confirming, administering, and following up on your service request. If you provide a phone number or email address, you authorize Dealercraft and the Dealership to contact you about this request, including by phone, email, or text message where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealercraft, the Dealership, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this tool, reliance on estimated pricing or service details, unavailable appointments, data errors, system outages, AI-generated or automated recommendations, or any delay, omission, or inaccuracy in the information displayed. The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
